Incubation Programme
How to strengthen Indigenous leadership, safeguard ancestral knowledge and co-create community-led solutions — through a long-term, grounded and regenerative process.
The framework
The Sacred Forest Incubation Programme is a long-term methodology that brings together Indigenous leadership, ancestral knowledge and emerging technologies to strengthen Indigenous self-determination.
The programme projects the relationship over several years — Discover, Build, Incubate, Lead — with immersive missions, a multi-community hub and biocultural governance.
Three documents make up this dossier: the Methodological Framework (5 phases, 6 axes), the Aldeia Experience White Paper (founding concept, governance, cultural dimensions) and the Readiness Report Yawanawá & Noke Kũi (Forest 02 project assessment, by Mathilde).
